Shipping and Returns

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the returned item. We will also a notification of the approval or rejection of the refund.  If the refund is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not been received, first check your bank account.  Then contact your credit card company given that it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If the refund is not found through the bank account, credit card company, or bank, then please contact us at support@brassbetty.com.

Exchanges
Brass Betty will replace items only if they are defective or damaged, and the item will be replaced with the same product. If an item needs to be exchanged, then send an email to support@brassbetty.com and send the item to: 1414 Lincoln Blvd Santa Monica, California US 90401.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Please email us at support@brassbetty.com, and we will provide a shipping label for returns and exchanges.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide!!

Brass Betty fulfills international orders through a trusted company, GlobalShopex.com.  Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” button. The items in your cart will automatically be transferred to GlobalShopex for international checkout.
